Grass Roots

We at NetServ believe that it is our duty to contribute to society and focus on long term value creation. We encourage and support our employees to volunteer their time, experience and efforts in ‘giving something back’ to our community.

Our employee initiative, “Grassroots”, was conceptualized from our company vision of being a “socially responsible” organization. We created a team of empowered volunteers with clear long term and short term goals to create an ecosystem which works with various NGOs and schools.

Our activities are largely in the area of education, health and environment.

Education

Sai Darshan Community Center

We have an ongoing partnership with Sai Darshan Community Centre, where employees provide daily tuitions, and conduct various educational activities for BPL children. Our employees conduct job oriented computer classes for 9th, 10th, 1st PUC and 2nd PUC students and also conduct awareness on sanitation, hygiene, sports, and environment.

The Vidya Deepa Project

The Vidya Deepa project is something which not only facilitates education, but has also driven employee engagement to another level. Since power cuts prove to be a huge impediment for students in the rural areas, this effort aims at giving solar lamps to students. Several employees have gone back to their hometowns to implement this initiative, thereby giving back to where they grew up.
