For Dovetail, our business has been transformed because of our partnership with NetServ. In October of 2021, Dovetail hired NetServ to completely revamp and rebuild our Dovetail For Agents platform. This was a ground-up rebuild of the UI, middle-tier, database, and functional capabilities of the platform. We hired UI designers, developers, technical architects, middle-tier integrators, API developers and QA resources from NetServ to rebuild our platform. They delivered!
In only seven months, we have completely rebuilt our platform, integrated the platform to a brand new ‘enterprise’ technical architecture within our parent company, and integrated the platform to a brand new Dovetail partner. Feedback from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive.
NetServ dedicated a large team to our success. They came pre-loaded with tons of insurance expertise. The NetServ team worked tirelessly for our success, even providing support (from India) during US business hours, for the first 30 days of our launch.
As a business leader, I also appreciate that NetServ stands by their estimates and timelines. While no vendor or provider is 100% on delivery timeframes, NetServ remains best-in-class. I can honestly say that we would not have been successful without our partnership with NetServ.
