Long term registration process was an obstacle for applicants who tried to apply for Jobs through Emails. When user wanted to apply for various matched jobs through emails, each time the user will be redirected to website and fill up application details and apply which was a tedious process. Due to long process in submitting applications, users abandoned the application and lost lots of EOI generated through emails.

Easy application in just 1 – click of button on Emails for your matched job

  • We implemented AMP for email on sparkpost to solve this problem for various emails like job recommendations, job alerts etc.
  • AMP on sparkpost will make a post request to Textkernal scemantic technologies and generates application within few seconds.
  • User can quickly undo the application if needed from emails within seconds before application is submitted.

  • A positive side effect of the new application process is that the number of email applications trying to bypass the standard procedure has decreased, with applicants finding the one-click application more convenient.
  • Time-consuming manual data entry is no longer necessary. A short final check of the data is all that’s needed before the candidate is in the system
  • 60% lift in conversion rates from email as a source
  • Impacts 55% of our addressable pool today (gmail users) 
  • Increases to 88% when Yahoo (21%) and Outlook (>12%) launch AMP. That’s >6MM more EOI per year!
